As the new year unfolds, it's only natural to feel the pull (but also to be honest, the pressure) toward setting resolutions aimed at a healthier, happier version of ourselves. Our mental lists end up sounding like: lose weight, go to the gym, take up painting... and they go on and on and on. 

While the enthusiasm to embrace positive changes is always encouraged, it's essential to create a balance and avoid overwhelming ourselves with an extensive list of resolutions. It doesn’t feel great when we wrap up the year and look back at our tens of resolutions only to realize that we could only really achieve 2-3. We’ve all been there. Trust us.
