Please note that in order to safeguard the quality of the ice lollies and product range we offer, we do not provide delivery for locations outside a 20km radius from our delivery stores. This is to ensure that you receive your ice lollies in frozen good condition without prolonged exposure to heat.
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping times vary based on your location and may take up to 1 hour for delivery.
Local Pickup: If you are in the vicinity of one of our physical locations, you may have the option for local pickup. Please select this option during checkout, and we will provide pickup details.
We have now partnered with Careem to ensure timely delivery to our customers’ location. This allows for an efficient and reliable shipping experience. We strive to deliver all orders within 1 hour of order confirmation.
Careem delivery services is also restricted a maximum radius of 20km.
To streamline our shipping process, once we receive an order – we automatically book a rider to schedule for delivery.
Delays and Exceptions
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, occasionally, factors beyond our control may lead to shipping delays. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions, issues resulting from our delivery provider, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us directly and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
